KellaRing Youth Ensemble, Inna Lai, conductor, “Author’s Concert,” Tallinn, Estonia, 2013. Graduate composition recital for the University of Valley Forge. Two 7 year old kids joined the group in Sept. They desperately wanted to ring for the October concert, so I wrote an easy chime part for them. We slowed the “quarter note 132 – 152” tempo down and they got every note! They’re the 2nd and 3rd little girls from the right. Cute!
