Commissions

If you have a special event or milestone to commemorate, why not say it with a commission?  Commissioning a piece need not be a scary venture... it is as easy as sending me an email to begin the process.  I’m one of those odd composers that actually writes well under pressure!  I offer a fast turnaround time and am inspired, rather than intimidated by communication with the client commissioning the work.

In addition to standard hymn settings or “classical” arrangements, I have written works (published) in the following diverse styles: African, Appalachian, Baroque, Boogie, Big Band, Caribbean/Island, Celtic, Contemporary Christian, Folk, Fugue, Gamelan, Gospel, Jazz, Klezmer, Latin American, Medieval (&/or chant), Minimalism, New Age, Renaissance, Rock, Samba, Shape note/Early American, Spiritual, Tango.

Below is a list of commissions in print with various publishers.  All except 4 are original compositions.  Please see the “Published Compositions” or “4 Tolled” pages for full descriptions and sound files.
